This course, for both the pregnant person and birth partner, will educate and empower you to really own your birth, as well as connect with other expectant parents!

My course, filled with a variety of memorable activities, stories and visual aids, will:

Transform any fear into confidence and excitement.
Practise relaxation tools and techniques to use during pregnancy, labour and beyond.
Learn about your rights and choices.
Understand all you need to know about your body during birth – this is a full birth preparation course.

Before doing the hyponobirthing course, I was nervous about labour and birth. I class myself as having a low pain threshold and I couldn't get over that fact. This made me feel very nervous. I am so glad that I was recommended Lizzie by a friend about five weeks before my due date. I signed up to a four-week program and feel that I benefitted hugely from each session. Lizzie’s whole approach was just perfect and totally needed for those with an imminent birth date. I loved how she started each session by checking in and by asking a few questions as well as reassuring us about how we were feeling. I really appreciated how each session had a theme, e.g. birth choices that she would go through with us and then answer any questions for us, all with a non-judgemental, encouraging and positive response. The second part of each session entailed relaxation, which was invaluable for me. It put me in such a positive, relaxed frame of mind with regards to birth and just made me feel so incredibly calm every time. I have since used the audios that Lizzie shared after each session several time and plan on using them doing labour, too. I cannot recommend Lizzie’s hypnobirthing more. Thank you so much Lizzie!
